tpri grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the platform only in accordance with these Terms and our Community Guidelines. Any use of the platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes is strictly prohibited.
tpri does not require account registration. You choose a temporary username each time you use the platform. Usernames are not permanently assigned and may be used by different people across sessions. You are responsible for all activity conducted under any username you use. Do not use a username that impersonates another person or entity.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or transmit through tpri. tpri does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any user-generated content. By submitting content, you confirm that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. tpri reserves the right to remove any content at any time without notice.
You agree not to use tpri to: (a) violate any applicable local, national, or international law; (b) transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure; (f) use automated means to access or interact with the platform without our express written permission.
tpri reserves the right to restrict or ban any user from accessing the platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines. Bans are applied based on browser identifiers and may be temporary or permanent. We are not obligated to provide reasons for enforcement actions.
tpri is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tpri and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or any harm resulting from content posted by other users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tpri and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Chat messages are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted after some timme. tpri makes no guarantees about data retention and you should not rely on the platform for storing important information.
tpri reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any part of it at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
